The short answer: truck detailing prices in Niagara run $350 to $450 with us, and the same applies to SUVs, vans, and Jeeps. That’s a flat $25 more than the same package on a sedan. Not a percentage, not a sliding scale, and not a different number for a Wrangler than for a half-ton.
If you drive something big around Niagara, you’ve probably had the experience of calling for a quote and hearing the number climb the moment you say the word “truck.” Here’s exactly what we charge, and the honest reasoning behind it.
Truck Detailing Prices by Package
| Package | Sedan / Hatchback / Sports Car | Truck / Van / SUV / Jeep |
|---|---|---|
| Deluxe | $325 | $350 |
| Premium | $375 | $400 |
| Executive | $425 | $450 |
Every price is confirmed before we arrive. There are no travel charges anywhere in our service area, and nothing gets added at the end because your vehicle turned out dirtier than expected. You can see exactly what each tier covers on our full mobile car detailing page.
You’re in the Majority, Not the Exception
Large-vehicle pricing sometimes gets treated like a penalty for driving something unusual. It isn’t unusual at all. According to Statistics Canada, trucks, a category that includes minivans, SUVs, vans and pickups, accounted for 88% of all new vehicle sales in Canada in 2025. Passenger car sales, meanwhile, have fallen by more than half since 2019.
Put plainly: most vehicles in Niagara driveways now fall into our large-vehicle bracket. That’s exactly why we keep the gap small and predictable instead of treating it as a premium tier.
Why Size Changes the Price at All
It comes down to surface area and hours. A full detail is hand work, and a Suburban simply has more of everything than a Civic:
- More interior to clean. Third-row seating, larger cargo areas, more carpet to shampoo and extract, more plastic and vinyl to clean and dress.
- More paint to work. A truck’s panels, roof, and box take longer to wash, decontaminate, and wax properly than a compact’s.
- More product. Shampoo, dressings, and wax get consumed by the square foot.
- More reach. Taller vehicles mean working from steps and stretching across panels, which is slower than working a low sedan.
What it doesn’t come down to is your vehicle looking expensive. We price by size, not by badge.
What Counts as a Large Vehicle?
Our large-vehicle rate covers trucks, vans, SUVs, and Jeeps. Sedans, hatchbacks, and sports cars fall under the small-vehicle rate. If yours sits somewhere in between, like a compact crossover, just ask when you book and we’ll tell you straight which rate applies. We’d rather quote you accurately than surprise you in the driveway.
A Flat $25, Not a Sliding Scale
This is the part worth knowing when you’re comparing quotes. It’s common for detailers to scale large-vehicle pricing steeply, and to charge differently depending on whether you’ve got a mid-size SUV or a full-size pickup.
We don’t. The gap between our small and large rate is $25 on every package, whether you’re bringing a RAV4 or an F-250. It reflects the extra time and product, and nothing else.
Do Truck Detailing Prices Change With Condition?
The package price holds for a vehicle in normal condition, and normal covers a lot: a winter of salt, a summer of dog hair, a back seat that’s seen a few hundred school runs. That’s the job, and it’s built into the number.
Where we’ll talk first is genuine extremes. A work truck that hasn’t been touched in three years, or an interior with damage rather than dirt, sometimes needs more than a standard detail can deliver. In those cases we tell you before booking, not partway through, and you decide whether the extra work is worth it. What we won’t do is quote one number on the phone and a different one in your driveway.
What’s Not Included
Two honest limits, so nothing catches you off guard:
- Truck beds aren’t part of these packages. If your bed needs work, call us and we’ll sort out a separate option.
- Some stains and pet hair may not come out completely. We’ll get as far as the material allows, but a stain that’s been setting in a work truck for two years isn’t always fully reversible. We’ll tell you what’s realistic before we start, not after.
Deep scratches and heavy swirl marks are also their own job. That’s polishing and paint correction rather than detailing. If you’re not sure which you need, our guide to what it costs to buff a car scratch walks through how to tell.
Why Niagara Trucks Need It More
Large vehicles here take a particular kind of beating. Road salt and brine coat everything through a Niagara winter, and trucks and SUVs carry more of it: bigger wheel wells, more underside, more places for it to sit and corrode. Work trucks pick up gravel dust and job-site grime that grinds into carpet. Family SUVs collect a season’s worth of everything else.
Detailing isn’t cosmetic maintenance in that environment. Getting the salt off and sealing the paint is how a vehicle here survives its own winters looking like it should, which is why we treat undercarriage salt neutralization as non-negotiable rather than an upsell.
What You Get for It
Every package covers both interior and exterior. Inside: vacuum and shampoo, headliner and windows, salt and pet hair, doors and jambs and sills. Outside: wash and dry, tires and rims and wheel wells, bugs and sap and tar, and wax. Premium adds an engine bay detail and synthetic sealant wax. Executive adds a clay bar treatment, hybrid ceramic sealant, and leather or fabric conditioning. If you want the full step-by-step, here’s what a full detail includes.
Interior-only and exterior-only service is available if just one end of the vehicle is the problem. Most full details take 3 to 5 hours, and all of it happens in your driveway.
What We Need From You
Almost nothing. We bring the equipment and products with us. The one thing we’ll need is access to an outdoor hose hookup for the exterior wash, plus enough room to work around the vehicle, which for a full-size truck means a bit more clearance than a sedan. Emptying the cab and box of loose gear beforehand helps us reach every surface instead of working around them.
